Movement Screening/Analysis
The Best Care
This service is one that is intended to be preventative, or for the improvement of sports performance.

That is not to say that the average weekend warrior wouldn't benefit from this. If you play a sport in a recreational league, this is for you. If you like to exercise and generally stay active, this is for you. If you want to get back into working out again and just want a quick look at how things are moving, this is for you!

There is no referral required for this type of service because this is PREVENTATIVE. This is not intended for the person who has a current injury or something very specific that they want looked at. This is a big picture look at your mobility/flexibility as well as how that movement or mobility changes with active movement.

In this session you can expect that you will be moving throughout your full range of motion in all major joints so dress accordingly! The clinician is trained in observation of what normal movement should look like, and will be able to give you a "thumbs up" if your movement is good, or be able to spot and give advice on how to work on any issues found.

You can also expect that if there are issues, that you will be given a short exercise program to help address those specific issues. If your movement was deemed to be good and you would like to discuss general exercises and develop a plan from that, that can also happen. If time allows in the hour long session, you can expect to try out some of those exercises and get some immediate feedback on technique to help get the best benefit from this.

At this time, this type of preventative service is not covered by insurances, so this service is self pay, but can be well worth the investment!
